To list your boat, boat and license, gear or services with Acadien Marine Broker Services, you must complete two forms. For commission sales, such as a boat or boat and/or license, you must complete a Listing Agreement and an Listing Agreement & Authority to Sell. To sell a license or quota, you must complete a Listing Agreement & Authority to Sell. You can describe the license or quote using the Listing Agreement . For monthly listings, you must complete a Listing Agreement and a Monthly Listing Agreement & Authority to Sell. You can either print the forms, complete and sign each form by hand, and fax or mail the completed form to Acadien Marine. You can also complete most of each form online, then print the completed form for your signature and to send by fax or mail to Acadien Marine. Click on the following links to open each form. Listing Agreement - required for all listings, whether commission sales or monthly listings. Listing Agreement & Authority to Sell - required for all commission sales listings, including boats and boats with licenses or quotas included. Monthly Listing Agreement - required for all monthly listings and for sales of licenses or quotas.. All forms require the Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is included on most computers.
